Production, Quality of Raw Substances, Quality Control
The production of food supplements is carried out in a
newly reconstructed plant that corresponds to all
regulations in force. Special care is devoted to the
suppliers of raw substances. The raw substances are
purchased from renowned foreign and domestic producers
(Hoffman - La Roche, Givaudan, Ajinomoto…).
L-karnitin, for example, produced by the Swiss company Lonza with the L-Carnipure logo, is made by a biotransformation process which guarantees the production of 100% pure L-karnitin of the best quality. The quality of all raw substances used has to be in compliance with regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture in effect and a number of them also fulfill the requirements of the Czech and European formulary. All raw substances pass through an input control within the established HACCP system (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Quality control of finished products is carried out in each individual batch in the company's own laboratories, or possibly, in independent accredited laboratories also (Analab Praha, Výzkumný ústav potravinářského průmyslu (Food Industry Research Institute), Zdravotní ústav se sídlem v Praze (Health Institute located in Prague), etc.).
Certification
All products are approved by the Chief Public Health
Officer of the Ministry of Health, Czech Republic. Health
and sanitation safety of the products was professionally
considered by Státní zdravotní ústav (State Health
Institute) in Prague.
The Selected range of products was also considered by the Anti-Doping Committee of the Czech Republic. Nutra-Bona Mega has been approved by the Working Group for Paediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition of the Czech Paediatric Association. All this guarantees maximum product safety.
World Unique Technologies
Thanks to many years of research and cooperation with top
experts in the area of nutrition and food technology, some
world unique technologies have been used for the production
of our products that can be exclusively used by the
Nutra-Bona company.
With regard to the increase in product efficiency, the treatment of living probiotic microbial cultures by the complex of phospholipoproteins appears to be the most significant. In practice, this means the extension of the time of maximum product efficiency by more than double.
