The title says it all. The call did not come. There could be many reasons, many reasons indeed. From bad to good, and back to bad again. I have been going over them all for the last little while. I did finally get to sleep, about the time normal office hours were over in LA. I figured the call wouldn't come much past 11pm here anyway. Here's hoping they are just considerate, and have a bit of a grasp on the time difference. Now that same time difference means I won't be actively waiting for a few more hours yet. I plan on being waiting in about 7 to 8 hrs. That's prime waiting time.
In other news, the green chili bread was sooo good, I made another loaf. Got a bit crazy, a bit nutty, and added some sage, just a touch, into the mix. Now it's "New Mexican Green Chili Cheese Bread." And it's dang good - even without the Gambrinus! What's next you ask? I'm not sure, might go for a breakfast style bread. Cinnamon Raisin Green Chili Cheese Bread. I'll keep you informed.
