The soup looks pretty tasty (I tuned in a bit late, but I think the ingredient is Crab(Turns out to be Horsehair Crab)). Watching the Chef is making me hungry, however. Golly, it's already 9:30. It'll be time to sleep soon, and I don't know what CLovis will have still open. Ohh, a bit of flambé by the Iron Chef... nice touch, hmm, ginger garlic. The rice is going to be a bit late, hope he makes it. The rice is done, just in the nick of time, the crab rice is done! Crab radish salad, Crab meatball soup, Marinated Crab and Caviar, Grilled Crab Omelet, Steamed crab in Yuba, Crab Rice, not a bad line up! What's the Chef Got? Crab Salad, Flower Petal Crab Meat Gyoza with ginger (Beautifully presented, they look like real flowers), Crab Chowamusi, Brazed Crab with Honey Glaze, and Hot n Spicy Crab Stir-fry. Would like to be a judge on this one.

It's not looking good for the challenger, three out of the six dishes got top approval. The Iron Chef seems to have done well, tho they didn't like the flavor of the flowers. IT's gonna be a tough decision, have to say that it's still a bit too close to call at this point...
