In the air...somewhere. I was told, and I believe (hope) it was a reliable source, that we will soon be passing over Toronto. I really like Toronto, we had a good time there. If at some point I find a home for the movie archive, I will put a link here for the star-studded "Take It to the Tower!" Until then, you can only hope you already saw the video on a big enough screen, and from far enough away (much like a Matisse) that you can gleefully chide those who didn't manage to hit the old link while it was still "linked."
This is the big leg of the journey. Dallass to London, all in the air. Funny part is, it took us longer to get from Little Rock to New Orleans earlier in this lil' adventure. Of course, Marianna drove most of that bit.
I have to say, I think, for the most part, this trip back to the Neo Roman Empire went quite well. The only drawback is the crumbling dollar, which, when I convert into Czech Crowns, is more and more on the level of "worthless." I thought that by working in the Land of Gelded Dreams (aka USA) I would come back home with a pocket full of Dream Backs; and a chance to use my co-conspirators knowledge with the Green Dreams busting out of my pockets to create my own Empire. Nope, not this time. Some part of the "Dream" is still there. If I really laid down for the man, and sold myself into a lower position for the sake of more work (like a good subordinate), instead of traveling to parts of the Neo Crumble I had never seen, I could very well be a bit closer to my end-dependence. I feel the travel provided me with much more then the floppy dollars could have. More ideas, more places, and more faces for me to draw upon when my crayons become dull. I might have turned 28 this year, but I still feel I have my youth in front of me as the future dwindles away.
Dang, I hope so.
That, and I have to pay for the in-flight sauce! There goes the last of the Dreams...
