AH, yes, the last few days have been a bit on the interesting side of the fence. Here, I feel obliged to point out, the fence is not painted at all. Natural, rough, wood on both sides. NO green. NO green on my fence. I’ve been looking into getting some green paint for my side. I would probably go for the VFX green that is oh so popular these days. That way, I could make my side of the fence what ever I wanted. That, however, is a different story. We are talking about the fence I have now. These days, the special green paint is still pretty damn expensive, so I will have to deal with what I have now. And that is Zepter. I sent off what may be considered by many to be an “ill advised” email pointing out there shortcomings in the last year. Unfortunately for me, the subject heading was “Why you are ass holes.” Not a good way to try and take care of the problem. Not the most political savvy way to work things out. Well, I have to admit, I was pretty surprised with it myself the next morning when I was reading the email. A word to the wise: don’t mix tequila, grappa, and slivovice in one night of, well, mixing. Alls I can say is at least we weren’t drinking the Mescal! Whew, that would have lead to something all right. OK, in the end, it seems to have worked out. Communications have been started, things are moving along, and they still want me to work for them. I might even get a trip to Italy out of it, who knows. I hear they have very green fences in Italy…
