Fuego's Place - a place to burn with Fuego

Dang, if this place don't smell!

The bread is in the oven, and, dang, if this place don't smell! It's the latest batch in the Green Chili Cheese Bread series,and it sure does smell good! Oy, vey, why do we have to wait until it's all cooked, let's eat it now! I mean, it's hard to concentrate, the smell of the bread in the oven is just too much. It's even worse than the 6 hours of smelling turkey on thanksgiving (well, these days it's more like 4 1/2 or 5 hrs thanks to the hormones the lucky turkeys get on the farm). OK, hold on. Just a bit longer and it will be finished. Then comes the true challenge...how long can we "let it cool" before we dive on in...have to give it at least 15min to settle, otherwise yer just gonna muss it up, no matter how good the knife. I'd better go check on how it's doing...
